We attach particular importance to the discretion of shipments. Ordered items are packed in gray cardboard boxes wrapped in black stretch film, additionally secured with tape, or in opaque bubble envelopes for very small products. Shipments are prepared in such a way that the contents cannot be seen without unpacking.

There is no information on any external, visible element of the package suggesting which store the shipment comes from or what is inside.

The label does not display the store name or its e-mail address.

REMEMBER!

You do not have to receive the shipment at home; you can collect it, for example, at an Inpost parcel locker or a courier company pickup point.

Choose the appropriate delivery method "Paczkomat" (Parcel Locker) and wait for an SMS message informing you when the shipment is ready for pickup. List of available parcel lockers: See the list of parcel lockers.

  • Parcel Locker – a discreet and convenient form of collection. You can pick up the package at any time from a point of your choice, without queues or the need to communicate with anyone. There is no missed delivery note in this case – you will receive the code to open the locker and information about the package availability via SMS and e-mail.

  • Courier shipment – the package is delivered by a courier and received by the person the delivery provider finds at the delivery address. In most cases, the courier contacts you by phone before the shipment delivery. In most cases, the package can be redirected and picked up at a pickup point or customer service point.

The protection of your data is guaranteed by the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997 (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883) and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 1204).
